MSC Seascape has 19 bars and lounges spread from the atrium on Deck 5 all the way up to the outdoor pool decks and MSC Yacht Club. The lineup ranges from small wine and cocktail bars to poolside venues, a full sports bar and large entertainment lounges with live music.
That variety is one of the things we liked about drinking around Seascape.
You aren’t limited to ordering the same cocktail from interchangeable bars. The atmosphere can change significantly depending on where you go. You can watch a game with a draft beer in the Sports Bar, listen to live entertainment at Le Cabaret Rouge, grab a drink beside the Infinity Pool or find a quieter spot for wine before dinner.
Our favorite was the Sports Bar. It had a lively atmosphere, draft beer and food available, making it an easy place to spend more time than we originally planned. We also really enjoyed Le Cabaret Rouge when we wanted drinks combined with live entertainment.
Here’s our guide to the bars and lounges on MSC Seascape, along with which ones we’d seek out during a cruise.
MSC Seascape Bars and Lounges at a Glance
MSC Seascape’s main bars and lounges include:

Not every venue is a traditional sit-down bar, and some are much more about entertainment, coffee or the pool experience. That’s why we think it makes more sense to choose your bar based on what you’re doing rather than trying to visit every one.
Sports Bar – Our Favorite Bar on MSC Seascape

If we had to choose one bar to return to first on MSC Seascape, it would be the Sports Bar.
Located on Deck 8, the Sports Bar is a large venue with a billiards area connected to the space.
What made it work for us was the atmosphere.
It felt lively without needing a scheduled show or event to bring the room to life. We could grab a draft beer, watch sports and hang out for a while rather than simply stopping in long enough to order a drink.
Food was also available during our sailing, which makes the Sports Bar considerably more useful if there’s a game you don’t want to leave halfway through.
For someone who likes a traditional sports-bar environment on land, this is probably the Seascape bar we’d recommend first.
Le Cabaret Rouge

Le Cabaret Rouge is one of the most distinctive lounges aboard Seascape.
Located across Decks 6 and 7 at the aft end of the ship, the two-story space accommodates around 400 guests and combines a bar with a large entertainment venue.
We thought it was a great environment for live entertainment.
That’s really the reason to come here.
Instead of sitting at a conventional bar and hoping there happens to be some music nearby, Le Cabaret Rouge is designed around the performance. You can order a drink, find somewhere to sit and make the entertainment itself part of your night.
We’ll cover the actual shows and entertainment programming in our MSC Seascape Entertainment Guide, but even strictly from a bars-and-lounges perspective, Le Cabaret Rouge is one of the venues we’d make time for.
Seascape Bar

Seascape Bar is on Deck 5 near Guest Services and the lower atrium.
This is primarily a convenience and meeting-location bar.
If you’re waiting for someone near the atrium, heading toward dinner or simply moving through the lower public decks, Seascape Bar gives you an easy place to stop without making a special trip somewhere else on the ship.
We wouldn’t necessarily plan an evening around it, but that’s not really its purpose.
Shine Bar
Shine Bar is on Deck 6 near the atrium, shops and Times Square.
It has approximately 130 seats and is positioned as one of Seascape’s pre-dinner cocktail venues.
This is the kind of bar that works well as a meeting point before dinner or before heading into one of the evening entertainment venues.
If your plans for the night are still taking shape, Shine Bar is conveniently located in the middle of several things you may be doing next.
Champagne & Wine Bar
The Champagne & Wine Bar is on Deck 7 and has seating for approximately 90 guests.
As the name suggests, this is a more wine-focused venue than Seascape’s general cocktail bars.
It makes the most sense if you’re specifically looking for a glass of wine or something sparkling rather than a frozen pool drink or beer.
The atmosphere also makes it a natural pre-dinner choice when you want something a little quieter than the Sports Bar or entertainment lounges.
MSC Signature Casino Bar
The casino has its own bar on Deck 7.
It’s relatively small, with seating for around 35 guests, and primarily serves people spending time in the MSC Signature Casino.
Even if you’re not actively gambling, it can be a convenient place to get a drink while meeting someone who is.
One thing to keep in mind is that MSC currently permits smoking in designated casino areas when the casino is open and guests are seated and playing.
If you’re particularly sensitive to smoke, that may make some of the ship’s other bars a better choice.
We’ll cover the casino itself separately in our MSC Seascape Casino Guide.
Cocktail Bar
The Cocktail Bar is on Deck 8 in the Chef’s Court area, surrounded by Seascape’s specialty restaurants.
It has seating for approximately 60 guests.
Its location is really the reason to know about it.
If you’re heading to Butcher’s Cut, Ocean Cay, HOLA! Tacos & Cantina, Kaito Sushi or Teppanyaki, this is an easy place to have a drink before dinner.
Because it’s tucked into the specialty dining district instead of sitting in the main atrium, it can also be easy to miss if you aren’t eating on Deck 8.
The Wine Cellar
The Wine Cellar is one of the smallest drinking venues aboard Seascape, with only about 16 seats on Deck 8.
Traditionally, this has been a venue for wine and tastings.
Seascape’s move to Galveston made it more interesting.
MSC introduced two additional paid tasting experiences specifically for the ship:
- MSC Bourbon & Bacon Experience
- MSC Macallan Experience
The Bourbon & Bacon Experience pairs bourbon selections with bacon, while the Macallan Experience focuses on the well-known Scotch whisky brand. Both are sold onboard and take place in The Wine Cellar.
If either experience interests you, we wouldn’t wait until the last day of the cruise to ask about it. The venue itself is tiny compared with most of Seascape’s lounges.
Loft Café

Loft Café is on Deck 8 and is considerably larger than the name might suggest, with seating for approximately 144 guests.
It’s more of a café and lounge than a traditional nightlife bar.
That makes it useful during parts of the day when you’re looking for somewhere to sit with a coffee or drink rather than wanting a full entertainment environment.
Uptown Lounge
Uptown Lounge is another live entertainment option on Deck 8.
The venue has seating for around 120 guests along with a stage and dance floor.
Where Le Cabaret Rouge feels more like a dedicated show venue, Uptown Lounge fits the more traditional cruise-lounge model.
It’s the kind of place we’d check in MSC for Me when looking for live music, dancing or something to do after dinner without committing to one of the ship’s larger productions.
Infinity Bar
Infinity Bar is on Deck 8 beside the aft Infinity Pool and Waterfront Boardwalk.
The bar has approximately 43 seats.
This is one of those Seascape bars where location matters more than the bar itself.
The aft design is one of the signature features of the ship, and this area brings you much closer to the ocean than you feel around many traditional cruise-ship pool decks.
For an outdoor drink with an ocean view, Infinity Bar would be high on our list.
Jungle Pool Beach Bar
The Jungle Pool Beach Bar is on Deck 16 and serves the Jungle Pool area.
What makes this venue particularly useful is the pool’s sliding roof.
On a perfect Caribbean day, Seascape has plenty of outdoor places to grab a drink.
When it’s raining, unusually windy or cooler outside, the Jungle Pool becomes much more valuable. You can still have the pool-bar experience without being completely exposed to the weather.
That makes this one of the more practical bars aboard Seascape, particularly on a sailing where the weather doesn’t cooperate every day.
Sky Bar

Sky Bar is on Deck 16 and is one of Seascape’s larger outdoor drinking venues, with approximately 150 seats.
This is more of a destination outdoor bar than the purely functional pool bars.
Its elevated location makes it a good choice when you want a cocktail outside without necessarily sitting directly beside the main swimming pool.
It’s also near some of the ship’s most recognizable upper-deck features, including the Bridge of Sighs.
For views and an outdoor drink, Sky Bar is one of the venues we’d consider.
Marina Bar

Marina Bar is on Deck 18 beside the Marina Pool, which is Seascape’s large main outdoor pool area.
The bar has approximately 100 seats.
This is classic cruise-ship pool-bar territory.
Think beer, cocktails and frozen drinks without needing to leave the main pool deck.
Because of the location, it can naturally become busy during prime pool hours. If there’s a wait, remember that Seascape has several other outdoor bars rather than feeling like Marina Bar is your only option.
Horizon Bar
Horizon Bar is on Deck 19 and has approximately 64 seats.
Its upper-deck location gives you another alternative to the busier bars around the Marina Pool.
For cruisers who like being outside but don’t necessarily want to sit in the center of the main pool-deck activity, it’s worth knowing that Horizon Bar is there.
Top 19 Bar

Top 19 Bar is also on Deck 19, but unlike Horizon Bar, this isn’t available to everyone onboard.
It’s part of the Top 19 Exclusive Solarium for Aurea guests.
If you booked the Aurea Experience, this is one of the benefits worth taking advantage of.
The private solarium gives Aurea guests an alternative to the main pool deck, and having a dedicated bar means you don’t have to leave the area whenever you want another drink.
Venchi 1878 Chocolate Bar
Venchi 1878 Chocolate Bar is on Deck 6 and combines chocolate-making, coffee and specialty beverages in one venue.
We wouldn’t really treat it as a conventional cocktail bar, but it belongs in any discussion of Seascape’s specialty drink venues.
The important thing for anyone with a drink package is not to assume that everything sold at Venchi is automatically covered.
MSC’s current drink-package terms exclude items such as ice cream, retail products and souvenir products even when you’re carrying Premium Extra.
Venchi 1878 Gelato
There’s a second Venchi location on Deck 8 focused more heavily on gelato.
Again, don’t assume a drink package turns everything at Venchi into an included item.
MSC specifically lists its ice cream menu among drink-package exclusions.
What’s Different About Seascape Bars From Galveston?
MSC made several food and beverage changes when Seascape began sailing from Galveston in November 2025.
That includes some additions specifically aimed at Texas and Southern guests.
MSC has promoted drinks including:
- Spicy Mexican Margarita
- Backyard Punch
- Local beers
- Souvenir boot cups
The Bourbon & Bacon and Macallan tasting experiences at The Wine Cellar were introduced as part of the same Galveston program.
We like this approach because the ship hasn’t simply replaced MSC’s traditional European and international drink offerings with Texas-themed drinks.
Instead, the regional selections add something extra to the existing bar menus.
One thing to remember if you have a drink package is that the souvenir boot itself isn’t automatically included. MSC excludes souvenir glasses and other souvenir items from its drink packages.
Drink Packages on MSC Seascape
We had a drink package during our Seascape sailing, and it worked well for the way we used the ship’s bars.
Whether a package makes sense financially will depend on how much you drink, but having one definitely changes the experience.
Instead of thinking about the price every time you want a beer at the Sports Bar, cocktail by the pool, soft drink with lunch or coffee later in the day, you can generally order what fits within your package and move on.
MSC’s current drink-package lineup for applicable sailings includes:
- Premium Extra
- Alcohol-Free
- Minors Package
Easy and Easy Plus are no longer sold to new purchasers, although MSC continues to honor older packages that were purchased before they were discontinued. Find more in our MSC Drink Package Guide.
MSC Yacht Club Bars on Seascape
MSC Yacht Club guests get private drinking venues in addition to being able to use bars throughout the rest of Seascape.
The Top Sail Lounge is on Deck 16 within the Yacht Club enclave.
It’s a panoramic lounge with its own bar, seating and service, positioned near the Yacht Club concierge.
The Yacht Club Grill & Bar is on Deck 20 beside the private pool and sundeck.
Premium Extra is included with MSC Yacht Club and can be used both inside Yacht Club and throughout the rest of the ship. MSC currently applies the same 15-alcoholic-drink daily limit to Yacht Club guests.
We’ll cover both venues in considerably more detail in our MSC Seascape Yacht Club Guide.
How Was Bar Service on MSC Seascape?
Our experience with bar service was good.
We occasionally waited for a drink, particularly when venues were busy, but the waits were about what we’d expect on a large cruise ship carrying thousands of passengers.
We didn’t come away feeling that slow bar service was a problem aboard Seascape.
That’s particularly important on a ship with this many venues. If one bar is especially busy, there’s often another option relatively close by.
Our Favorite MSC Seascape Bars
If we were boarding MSC Seascape again, these would be the bars and lounges we’d prioritize.
The Sports Bar would be first.
It was our favorite because it combined draft beer, food, sports and a lively atmosphere. It felt like a place where we actually wanted to hang out rather than somewhere we simply stopped to pick up a drink.
Le Cabaret Rouge would also be near the top of the list. The live entertainment makes the venue itself part of the evening, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere.
For an outdoor drink, we’d look toward the Infinity Bar or Sky Bar, depending on where we were spending time.
Wine drinkers should check out The Wine Cellar, particularly if either of the Galveston tasting experiences sounds interesting.
And if the weather isn’t cooperating, Jungle Pool Beach Bar has the big advantage of being connected to the pool area with the retractable roof.
Which MSC Seascape Bar Is Best for You?
For a quick shortcut:
| What You’re Looking For | Our Pick |
|---|---|
| Sports and a lively atmosphere | Sports Bar |
| Live entertainment | Le Cabaret Rouge |
| Pre-dinner cocktails | Cocktail Bar or Shine Bar |
| Wine and tastings | The Wine Cellar |
| Outdoor ocean views | Infinity Bar |
| Upper-deck drinks | Sky Bar |
| Main pool bar | Marina Bar |
| Bad-weather pool day | Jungle Pool Beach Bar |
| Aurea guests | Top 19 Bar |
| Yacht Club guests | Top Sail Lounge |
There really isn’t one bar on Seascape that’s best for everyone.
That’s part of what works about the ship.
Final Thoughts on MSC Seascape Bars and Lounges
MSC Seascape has enough variety in its bar lineup that you probably won’t spend your entire cruise going to the same place.
We had good service throughout the ship, and the waits we encountered were about what we’d expect aboard a large cruise ship.
Our clear favorite was the Sports Bar. The combination of draft beer, food, games on TV and a lively environment made it one of the easiest places aboard Seascape to simply settle in for a while.
Le Cabaret Rouge was another standout. If you’re looking for a drink while watching live entertainment, it’s one of the best environments on the ship.
Beyond those two, Seascape gives you plenty of choices depending on the moment. There are pool bars for sea days, quieter wine and cocktail venues before dinner, outdoor bars with ocean views and private alternatives for Aurea and Yacht Club guests.
Our advice is not to overthink it.
Find a couple of venues that match the way you like to cruise, but try a few different areas during the week. Seascape’s bars aren’t all interchangeable, and exploring them is part of the fun.
